Client Acquisition — Visual Visitor Vs. Visitor Queue Review

I’ve been in numerous B2B industries, and have even owned a few, so I know all too well that client acquisition isn’t always an easy feat. As a matter of fact, it’s almost always a struggle. You spend countless hours doing various things to obtain your clients. Aside from paid traffic, you reach out through cold emails, cold walk-ins, and even cold calling. The whole process even makes you feel cold at times.

Anyhow, you have your business in place, and you have everything you need for that business, including a website and / or landing page. You set up your Google analytics to measure your traffic. You set up tracking tools to measure conversions. You even went as far as to put a widget on your site for people to sign up to your newsletter, or to opt-in to your offer.

You did all of this, so that you can keep in touch with your customers, or potential customers, build rapport, be engaging, and to keep them coming back to your website.

After a while of doing this, at some point you come to the realization that you have people that come to your website / landing page, but don’t make a purchase, or sign up. Then they leave. A lot of times they even leave for good. Not because you don’t have the best product, or the best service, but because life happens, and people get busy, get sidetracked, and forget things. Yes, they even forget about your website that you put your blood, sweat, and tears into.

But don’t be discouraged just yet….

You think to yourself, if only there was a way to recapture, and re-target those same individuals. If you were able to do that somehow, some way, the possibilities would be endless!

You would be able to increase your client / customer base by so much more! You would be able to put your offer in front of them any time you want, or reach out to them anytime you want. Your traffic would increase. Your conversions would increase, and essentially your bottom line would increase. Not only that, but your business would essentially grow more, and thrive more.

Now, I’m not talking about the customers or potential clients that you already have, that’s a no-brainer. I’m talking about the people that visit your site, and don’t sign up or make a purchase, to be able to bring them back to your site / landing page. To actually have a tool that would allow you to be able to proactively reach out to those people in real time. That would be pretty amazing, huh?

Well, of course it would be! But how?

Before I get to that… Did you know that a lot of businesses lose massive opportunities all the time because almost 99% of their website / landing page visitors don’t contact them, and companies have no way of tracking them to get them back. They don’t know who to call, so they lose out on landing potentially big clients or customers.

Not a lot of people or even businesses know about this, but there are tools out there that can actually do this! I am going to talk about what I think are the two best ones in this article.

Firstly, let me introduce “Visual Visitor”.

Visual Visitor is a website monitoring and visitor identification tool with the option of lead generation service attached.

It can help businesses to track leads, and recapture the people that leave the site. It does this by tracking the IP address of anyone coming into the site.

It also uses different data sources such as LinkedIn. This helps to provide businesses with the correct contact information, in order to get in touch with potential clients or customers quickly, and follow up with those leads.

If that’s not enough, it also gives insights as to which products and / or solutions potential customers are most interested in. This gives salespeople a leg up in order to know what angle to use in their sales strategies to help with making sales.

In my opinion, Visual Visitor is one of the best website visitor tracking tools that is on the market today. Not only will it track the people that visit, but It will track which pages people have looked at, how long they have visited each page, where they came from, and what they’re looking at. It provides real time data, so that you can take action quickly in following up with potential clients or customers.

Some of the other features it offers are call tracking, SMS, email tracking, reputation management and tracking, and they even have a white label service to offer your own clients. Depending on your industry, this tool can be a great “foot in the door” approach.

Visual Visitor is equipped with a super easy to use dashboard. It has all of the tools you need at your fingertips, as well as comprehensive reports that give you insight into the companies that are coming to your site.

If you’re unsure about how to use their dashboard, they have a lot videos that break down each section of their dashboard. This ensures that you understand the full functionality of their service so that you can make the most out of it.

Visual Visitor’s web visitor tracking tools integrates with Zapier to do even more. It also integrates with many CRM databases such as SalesForce, ConnectWise, Zoho, LeadMaster, and SalesNexus.

Installing Visual Visitor is fairly simple. All you need to do is put a few lines of code into your website, and you’re ready to go!

Pricing for Visual Visitor starts at only $59 per month. You can access a Free 2 week trial by clicking here. ( No credit card required )

Visual Visitor Pricing

Even if you were to get only 1 or 2 conversions from it, with the low monthly cost, ( depending on your pricing model ), it would essentially pay for itself.

( Disclaimer- As a result of clicking on any links in this blog, I may receive a commission. I have linked these products because of their quality, and not because of any compensation I may receive. Whether or not you decide to buy something is essentially up to you. This review is based on my own opinions.)

Now, for the other tool I want to mention. Let me introduce “Visitor Queue”.

From what I can tell, Visitor Queue has pretty much all of the same features and functionalities as Visual Visitor, including a white label service. However, it can essentially cost a bit less depending on what you’re wanting to do, and how many companies you’re wanting to track. ( Hence, the reason why I’m introducing both options. )

To install it, is also a bit easier. You don’t need to install any code into your website. You just need to attach your Google analytics.

Again, depending on what you want, and how many companies you want to track each month, Visitor Queue’s pricing starts at only $31 per month.

They also have a 2 week free trial as well, that you can access by clicking here. ( No credit card required )

Overall, in my personal opinion, I think if you are in any B2B industry, and you aren’t using one of these tools, then you are leaving money on the table. Potentially, A LOT OF MONEY!

Where else are you going to find those customers and clients that come to your website and don’t sign up? Well, the short answer. You’re not..

In a nutshell, adding one of these two amazing tools to your client acquisition strategies, will make obtaining clients so much easier!
